Together, we will evaluate your health history, create your personal blueprint and set meaningful goals. We will create step-by-step, easy-to-integrate actions and behaviors. We will change destructive patterns and create mindful awareness while making self-care a priority. Together we address weight, nutrition, physical activity, relationships, spirituality and all aspects of your life to restore balance, energy and vitality in a way that is authentic, empowering and fun.

Program includes:

  • Face-to-face or virtual session for 50 minutes, every two weeks

  • E-mail communication between sessions, as needed

  • Personalized, easy-to-integrate tips, resources and strategies

  • Simple, healthy and delicious recipes

HEALTHY KIDS AND FAMILY PROGRAMS

Healthy habits start at home, and being healthy is essential to family success. From picky eaters to growing athletes to kids struggling with weight or health, every family has its own challenges and rewards. Customized family programs will help every member of the household build long-lasting healthy eating and lifestyle habits. We will partner together in an engaging, fun and energizing way— working directly with your child or children or as a family unit.

At the kitchen table, or even the playground, we’ll establish a trusting and comfortable space for sessions that are nurturing and positive. We'll explore nutrition, physical activity and other facets of life including sleep, family, school and friendships so your child or children can learn how to listen to their bodies, make responsible choices, be media-literate, have a better relationship with food, and feel stronger and more confident. Sessions are enhanced with age-appropriate props, educational tools, interactive games and taste-testing.
