My approach is based on whole-body health and the concept of “bio-individuality,” which means each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. Together we’ll discover what nourishes, energizes and works best for you. I take a root-cause, whole-body approach to long-term wellness. Being healthy is defined by so much more than how you eat and exercise. What matters is how your lifestyle and life choices work together and nourish you on a deeper level. If one area of our life is out of balance, it affects other areas.The food we eat influences how we think, feel and act; which in turn influences our food choices and energy levels. It’s a vicious cycle. We’ll explore your nutrition, relationships, career, physical activity, sleep and spirituality and develop a healthy lifestyle plan with effective strategies for long-term success. Small changes over time lead to big transformation.
