The chapterU 10 Day Jumpstart to Clean Eating is a realistic and flexible way to reset, help you make a clean break from the addictive unhealthy foods in your diet and say goodbye to bad habits.

No calorie counting or deprivation. Replacing the addictive unhealthy foods with nutritious, disease preventing, hormone balancing whole foods will help to re-wire your brain, stabilize your blood sugar and boost your metabolism. You will learn realistic healthy eating strategies and also focus on healthy lifestyle factors such as exercise, relaxation, sleep and self-care. While you are likely to lose weight and/or inches, the focus and the true benefit of the program is really for you to understand your body better and experience how amazing your body feels when you remove the unhealthy addictive substances and nourish yourself with healthy nutrient dense foods.

I know how challenging it can be to make changes around your health. That's why I will be providing tons of support and will guide you every step of the way.
