Goji berries (also know as wolf berries) are delicious and nutritious. They are native to Asia and also a staple in my home!

Goji berries are small red fruits with a sweet and slightly sour flavor. Packed with antioxidants and powerful medicinal properties, goji berries have been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years. This superfood is known to slow down aging, boost immunity, maintain eye health and strengthen liver and kidney health.

Goji berries are often sold powdered or dried. Plus, they’re added to many supplements and juice blends.

Dried Goji berries make a great snack! Enjoy them alone, as part of a trail mix or as a topping on salad, oatmeal or an açaí bowl.

Since, they have no added sugar, they are a great alternative to Craisins or raisins.

Goji berries are USDA certified organic. Non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly too.
