This recipe for a healthy Shamrock Shake is not as good as the real thing, but it is pretty good and my kids gave it the thumbs up! It is also low-in sugar and loaded with spinach and avocado (shhh.. don’t tell my kids).
Watermelon is a refreshing treat on its own, but this Tomato and Watermelon salad is my favorite way to enjoy watermelon.
Not only is this salad super tasty and easy to make, the watermelon provides lots of nutrients and health benefits! Each bite of watermelon will help to hydrate you and is loaded with fiber and vitamins A and C. It’s also low in sugar and calories and can help to reduce cravings, weight and belly fat.
These healthy and sweet banana muffins are a huge hit with my family.
My husband Michael found the recipe online and has modified it over the years. He makes them often for us for breakfast and it takes him less than10 minutes to prepare. Plus, there are only a few ingredients and it’s really easy to clean up. These muffins are so good, they don’t last past breakfast in my house!
Move over Cauliflower Pizza and make some room for Cauliflower Buffalo Bites. They are super easy to make, taste great and are much less expensive than wings (now $2.00 each). Plus, they are super healthy.
